Restarting your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad can fix the most common problems.
To restart your device, simply hold the sleep/wake button for 3 seconds, then drag the slider that says 'slide to power off'. Once the device is turned off, just turn it back on.
If restarting your device didn't fix the problem, try removing the application from your iDevice.
To do so, plug the device to your computer, launch iTunes and then uncheck the app from the Applications tab. Click on the Sync button. Now re-check the app and hit the sync button again.
For the vibration function to work you need to activate the 'Vibrate' option by launching the Settings App on your iPhone and going to the 'Sounds' section.
Note that vibration doesn't work on the iPod Touch or the iPad
For billing problems, please follow the steps outlined here

Severity: Warning
Message: date(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'Europe/Berlin' for 'CEST/2.0/DST' instead
